DJFL Equipment Pick-up for Tackle and MTF players

LOCATION: Darien High School Stadium (on the black top between the track and the high school)

There will be no In-Person Registration at Equipment Pickup. Registration is Online and in advance only.

Helmets and shoulder pads need to be properly fitted for safety purposes.  Therefore, NO equipment will be handed out unless the player is present AND all of the following completed forms and fees have been submitted for each player: 

1. Registration forms completed (online)
2. Registration fees fully paid (online)
3. Medical form completed (submitted at equipment pickup)
   • Please note that we no longer accept anything but the official DJFL Medical Form with a Doctor’s Stamp. All others will be turned away
4. Deposit check of $425 payable to ‘DJFL’ POST DATED 12/01/2023 for tackle and modified travel flag equipment (submitted at equipment pickup)
